“A full stomach don't like to study, but an empty …certainly can not study”. Good food and appropriate recreation opportunities are essential prerequisites for a modern training centre. That is why we offer our guests in our modern restaurant delicious meals: energetic, fresh and easily digestible.

Once – located southwest – where were the old stables, now here we are serving culinary delights up to 120 guests in the Castle. Experienced staff in a modern kitchen with refrigeration and storage rooms guarantees a high quality services.

A rich atmosphere stretching over two floors with room for 70 guests/customers on the ground floor and 50 on the first floor.
Begin your day with a good breakfast, let yourself be spoilt by our staff and our fresh breads, yoghurt, home-made marmalade, fresh fruit, cheeses and much more.

The gallery is utilised for groups of large numbers who prefer to stay together even during meal times. We can reserve single tables or tables for small or large groups.

There are two small halls to be found in the tower of the restaurant, one on the first floor, and the other on the second floor. These halls provide a pleasant environment for important guests or for groups of up to 10 persons.
